一、Model：SPR-RP1000  Planing&sanding machine

Product usage：

First planing then sanding.Mainly used for the planing and fine sanding of the jointing plate and the solid wood,etc. Suitable for the dining table and tea table maker.Improve the efficiency, reduce the process,and reduce the cost for manufacturer.

1、The beam support adopts high quality casting.Stable performance and good accuracy.

2、The machine sets precision spiral planing cutter, thickness rubber roller and combination-type fine polishing roller. First plane then sand, energy saving and efficiently.

3、Adopt imported planing-cutter roller with Φ180 cutting circle and 8 lines of 15 * 15 * 2.5 mm imported Luxembourg abandon type carbide blades.Good cutting quality.

4、The first sanding group adopts dia.Φ190 thickness rubber roller with semi-fine sanding, second sanding group adopts dia.Φ160 fine sanding roller with polishing function.

5、This machine is equipped with 7 groups pressure roller device, two groups in front, one between the cutter and semi-sanding roller, two between the semi-sanding roller and fine sanding roller and two in the rear.In front of the planing cutter, anti-kickback fingers device is configured to prevent the work-piece from rebounding to ensure safer operation.

6、The front of the planer roller parts is equipped with the structure of the keyboard type and sectional type pressure claws,the rear of it is the flat pressure plate structure, which can effectively meet the simultaneous feeding and cutting process of multiple work-pieces and greatly improve the production efficiency.

7、The top of the first idle pressure roller is equipped with the thickness protection device, which protects the planer shaft to ensure the safety and reliability.
